Based in the Midwest. Trusted Since 1994.
For over 30 years, Classic Plastics Corporation has manufactured and distributed flexible plastics products to the death care and healthcare industries — supplying hospitals, morgues, funeral homes, coroners, and medical examiners nationwide.
Who We Serve
Our clients span a wide range of high-compliance industries, including:
-
Medical & Science — hospitals, morgues, anatomy labs, and organ/tissue donor networks
-
Government & Public Safety — coroners, medical examiners, and police/fire departments
-
Death Care — funeral homes and funeral supply distributors
-
Veterinary — veterinary hospitals and wildlife/farm management facilities
We also support disaster response teams with rapid-deployment containment solutions when they're needed most.
What We Make
Our core products are built from premium flexible plastics films, including Polyolefin, PEVA, PE-SCRIM, PVC (Vinyl), and PVA — along with corn-based ASTM6400 compostable resins for facilities seeking greener options.
Our Human Remains Pouches (HRPs) come in 9 sizes and 4 material choices, including cremation-safe options in infant, adolescent, standard, and jumbo sizing.
Our mortuary garments are made from two materials: standard vinyl, available in clear or white, and premium poly film, a quieter, three-times-stronger alternative that performs reliably under any conditions.
We also manufacture soft, reinforced pet cadaver bags — built with the same standards of quality, designed to bring dignity and simplicity to a difficult moment for grieving pet owners.
How We Work
-
Custom fabrication. We offer full-scale custom design and tooling, allowing clients to specify sizes, gauges, and materials for products tailored to their exact operational needs.
-
Domestic manufacturing. As a U.S.-based manufacturer, we offer shorter lead times and more consistent quality control than overseas suppliers.
-
Fast turnaround. Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days, with free shipping to the lower 48 states on many products.
-
Built to scale. Whether you need a single order or a long-term supply contract, our infrastructure supports both.
Our Commitment
We manufacture practical, dependable products — not sales pitches. Every product we make is built to meet the standards that coroners, funeral homes, and medical professionals depend on, day after day, year after year.
A Note on What We Do
We're aware that many of the products we manufacture serve moments of loss and difficulty — for the professionals who care for the deceased, and for pet owners saying goodbye to a companion. We don't take that lightly. Every product is built with the quality, care, and dignity these moments deserve, and we hold ourselves to that standard in everything we manufacture and ship.
